At AAA Checkinn we are a small property management business that can provide you with personalised one on one service and we will treat your home as if it is ours.

Little things make a big difference to your guests’ experience. Every day we ensure that there is coffee, tea – black and herbal – hot chocolate, milk and sugar in the kitchen.

We replenish shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, tissues and toilet paper in the bathroom. We also check that there is plenty of laundry powder, dish-washing powder, dishwashing liquid and that there are clean sponges, wipes, tea towels and bin liners for the kitchen and laundry.

All of the linen is high quality, hotel grade, to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Bedding, bath sheets, hand towels, face washers, bath mats.

AAA Checkinn’s fee is 20% for all of our management services in one package. We are available to you and to everyone that books your property 24/7. Our all-round service ensures guests are taken care of from the moment their booking is accepted to the day they check out. Please note this does not include your properties expenses including cleaning, maintenance, listing platform fees and any type of items required for guests to enjoy their stay eg coffee, shampoo, linen ect.

Your property will be listed on at least 5 booking platform’s including our new website for maximum exposure. A personalised, printed, laminated Welcome pack will be made for your home, for your guests. A monthly reconciliation outlining your bookings and all out goings will be provided for your property with funds being transferred straight into your account by the 15th of the next calender month.
